Shipping Policy

United States Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (not counting weekends) and are sent by either US Postal Service or UPS. Delivery takes between 2-6 days.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Canadian orders are customs friendly and should arrive tax & duty free.  They are shipped within 48 hours (not counting weekends) and are sent by United States First Class Mail and then transferred to Canadian Post.  Delivery takes between 4-12 days.  

United Kingdom orders are customs friendly and should arrive tax & duty free. They are shipped within 48 hours (not counting weekends) and are sent by United States First Class Mail and then transferred to Royal Mail.  Delivery takes between 6-14 days.  The price of the product includes VAT.  

Australian orders are shipped within 48 hours (not counting weekends) and are sent by United States First Class Mail and then transferred to the local postal service.  Delivery takes between 6-14 days. 

You will be responsible for any custom/duty/tax related fees if they are charged.  However, to our knowledge we have never had an Australian customer charged these fees.
